At the moment we only ship in the UAE and KSA
We can manage international shipping on demand.
Please contact us with any inquiry you have.
We aim to deliver all ready items within 3 working days for UAE and 7 working days to KSA.
When it comes to customized items, the number of days for delivery is mentioned in the description.

Cash on Delivery
The total amount must be paid at the moment of delivery. This service is available for UAE at the moment.
Orders & Returns
Update Account details
Once you login to your account, you can click on Shipping address or My details
update the details you would like to change and click Save.
You can purchase as a guest.
However we recommend having an account so you don’t have to type in all your information on every purchase. Also it would be easier for you to manage your Wishlist, order history, your cart etc.
You can track your order from your Account, once your order is shipped, you’ll be notified SMS and email.
Our return process is simple, if the product is unopened, still in its original package and condition and is not a customized product, you can return within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. Kindly go to your contacts and follow the steps to start the return.
Kindly send back the item to Mitchkoland Headquarters: Jumeirah Village Triangle – Imperial Residence – Tower A (Security), Dubai, UAE. If you request a pickup service for the items to be returned or exchanged, a charge of 25 AED will be applied. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information on item returns.
